You can do a dry fast, a water-based fast or a fruit fast; start from any of these and you can gradually increase the number of days you fast in a week. If you make this a lifestyle, it will benefit your health greatly and improve your well-being.

Drink lots of water

This is one of the easiest ways to detoxify your body; water helps in flushing out all toxins, parasites, foreign bodies and by-products of metabolism that can be dangerous in the body.

Drink lots of water daily to remove toxins and help the metabolic activities of the body; for the sole aim of detoxification, take more than five liters of water every day. You will notice a great improvement in your health.

Lemons

Both lemon juice and lemon water are great detoxifiers; they eliminate harmful substances in the body and alkalize the body, the natural pH of the body is that of an alkaline state and in this state, no disease or infection can thrive.
