      Natural ways to relieve stress

      It is not easy to avoid or relieve stress completely; this modern lifestyle has one stressed even when doing nothing. We need to control stress and look for stress relievers that are effective; too much of stress is not good for the body.

      Results from studies show that chronic stress affects the body the same way malnutrition, insomnia or physical inactivity affects the body. It is even estimated that 75% to 90% of all visits to the doctors are conditions caused by stress.
