YouTube pay a percentage of the advertising revenue they received – this is generally 68%.

I receive between $2,000 and $4,000 a month, mostly now passive (i.e. the videos are already on YouTube and I add very few newer videos).

However, there are different ways in which you can earn money with your channel.

I suggest that you start with ads – but then look into other, additional, ways in which you can make money.

    Here’s what YouTube tells you:

    Ads

Now that you’ve enabled monetisation (and hopefully enabled all formats to maximise revenue!), ads can run on your videos. Bear in mind:

    • YouTube connects your channel to paying advertisers so that you can focus on what you do best: creating. In most cases, you get paid when viewers watch ads. We’re constantly improving our ad systems so that they work better for viewers and pay out to more creators.
    • You can also earn money from YouTube Red subscriptions. YouTube Red members pay a recurring fee for special benefits, like watching YouTube videos without ads. The amount you earn from YouTube Red is calculated based on how much time members spend watching your content compared to other content.

Other ways of making money on YouTube

If you’re already making money with ads on your videos and have an established audience you could look into:

    • Fan Funding: In some regions, YouTube offers a built-in tip jar where your audience can offer monetary support directly to your channel. Click here to learn more.
    • Working with brands: Brands and ad agencies are always looking for ways to promote their products and services. Brandscan be eager to work with creators when the target audience for their product is similar to a creator’s channel audience. No need to be shy if you’ve got a few thousand subs, take charge and prepare a pitchto a brand or advertiser – think of it like a collab! Find out more.
    • Merchandising: Having merchandise made, such as stickers, clothing or other branded products, can strengthen your brand and help you spread the word. Try using merch cards or annotations in your videos to help your fans find your stuff.
    • Crowdfunding: Crowdfunding is when a community of fans contribute money to your project. You can raise funds to help support your channel by launching an external crowdfunded campaign.
    • Events: Build an even stronger community by going to see them! Schedule live appearances in places where your audiences are most vibrant and engaged. In addition to meeting your fans in person, you’ll likely gain opportunities to sell merchandise or tickets to your event.
    • Tip: Use interactive cards to funnel viewers to your merchandise page, crowdfunding sites, or get a little extra with Fan Funding.

You now have more ways to potentially earn money with your videos, your community and advertisers or brands. Think about where you are in your YouTube journey and create a blueprint for earning money that best fits you and your audience. You’ll find a solution that works best for you and your community with a little trial and error.

Am not in the best position to answer this but.i think i can say sonthing.
    “Hell yeah”
It will definately change the way thing go around the biz. The only thing is if the bosses that run the biz are able to efficiently utilize this technology then they will become so profitable that they will almost start begging ppl to stop patronizing.lol
And on the other hand if the coy is not well acquainted with the tachnology they will probably liquidate like many does.
So the precise answer is that
Yes they will enjoy if they can do it well.
    And
No will not if they are too lazy to learn how it works.

    Hmm blog blog blog.
Well, its a good thing especially if you are less busy.
It just makes you have something to do then ofcourse if only it will make profit. Now to succesfully create a blog without the stress of coding.
    Go to www.wordpress.com
There plan starts from free to i think $26/monthly
They just have different packages for you to choose from depennding on what you have in your pocket.
    Wordpress is the best
However, you can also visit www.bluehost.com
    Www.wix.com
Www.squrespace.com to create more dybamic and maube free blogs/websites.
Now lets talk about coding. If youd love to style your website/blog the way you want -because ofcourse the aforementioned websites will let you choose from already made templates/themes- you will need to learn. “Css” which stands for cascading style sheets(correct me if im wrong) you will design anything with code and its fun. In aditon to css firstly learn html if you havnt yet. Then learn javascript and php.
    1.html
    2.css
    3.javascript
    4.php
The wow thing about all this is you can learn it for. Free without paying 1kobo
Just go to http://www.sololearn.com and sign up for free
Then you are good to go
But if you dnt wanna do all this, you just wanna pay for a professional
    Call me @ +14049807539 or email me @ salamajayi@yahoo.com
Then ill charge you for what i learnt for free.
