I want to know how much is the cost of lettable retail spaces in Ikeja city mall and Palms shopping mall, Lekki, I have had so many people ask me the cost of shops in those areas.

I understand the spaces are measured per square meters and there are other numerous conditions attached.

    Now, let me try to answer my own question 🙂 Before the actual price of shops which I’m sure is what you are looking for, you must make sure you are qualified to own a shop there in the first place.
    

    Some of the requirements includes, having a registered business and operating number of shops in other places which you must provide the number and addresses.
    

    Other information required: • Business plan which incorporates projected profit and loss including depreciation. • Marketing plan which incorporates the advertising plan. • Staff training details
