How To Reset Facebook Password?

From last 2 day, I am unable to Reset my Facebook password and don’t what is the reason behind that . Help me guys

    To reset your Facebook Password if you no longer remember it.

    1. Click on the “Forgotten Account” phrase under the login form.
    2. Another for will open asking you to “Please enter your email address or phone number to search for your account.”
    3. Enter the eMail address or phone number you used in signing up and click on “Search”

    5. Your new password reset code will be emailed to you or sent via SMS depending on the method you choose.
    6. Enter the password reset code and click on “Continue” or “Reset”
