How Do i Make My Business More Effective To Customers

Thanks for this privilege… My name is Richard and I’m a secondary school graduate, I’m planning on going into a laundry/drycleaning business and I want to know how i can improve on my services to customers… I started with some uncles of mine and it’s going well but i want to know how I can improve my business and extend it further.

    That’s a good idea. At least even as small as you are, you are already thinking like a boss. All you need to know is that:

      • You should never forget school

     

      • You should tell everybody about your laundry

     

      • Be reliable, when people give you cloths stay to the promised time

     

      • Be amazing

     

      • Treat customers with respects

     

      • Do handbills or posters

     

      • Display your details for people to contact you easily
