Where Can I Get Quality Rice At Cheap Price

Hello everyone, am currently looking for where i can get quality rice to buy at a cheap price. Is it true that customs officials usually auction seized items, if yes how can one participate?

    You can ask for a nearby farm or try to bargain with a seller on jiji, OLX, or Jumia.
