Price of Soundproof Generators in Nigeria
I have planning of getting a Mikano Generstor for my office in Ogba for sometimes now. My biggest drawback has been the huge prices slammed on the generators by the dealers. I tried fairly used one in Oregun but I am afraid of buying what may not work long enough.
So, can someone help me with the price list of Mikano generators from 27KVA to 100KVA? I’m eagerly awaiting for your answers. Thanks
Thing are really very expensive these days. I think the best thing to do is check Konga or Jumia to have an idea of the ones you will like to compare the price… then walk to a dealer shop and do the findings. I am In Abuja and the price here will not be accurate to the ones around you.

To the question, 27KVA Mikano generator directly from the company is sold for between N1.3million to N1.7million. It can either be 27 or 30KVA.
Then 100KVA should be anything around N5million – N12,000,000. The ones you get in Araba market are really not from Mikano even though Mikano is written on the body. Though they come with the same Perkins engines but the soundproof is definitely different.

My brother just bought a new diesel generator for his hotel. He bought a China brand named Shangchai. The silent type, 50HZ, 1500rpm. It is really awesome. It is about $6,000. The power maybe 100KVA, I guess.
